Sessions
Typically, the average number of sessions required falls between 8 and 12. However, this can vary significantly based on the individual. Some may need more sessions than the average, while others may need fewer. We will discuss this in more detail during your initial consultation. The initial consultation is a great chance for you to learn about the therapy process, including the underlying science and how your brain functions. By the end of this meeting, you will have a comprehensive understanding of what our sessions will entail and why you feel the way you do. There is no pressure to commit to sessions after the consultation, but many people choose to proceed!

You can make payments through bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. While I understand that unexpected events can occur, if you need to cancel an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. If you provide notice between 48 and 24 hours, a 50% session fee will apply. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee (100% of the charge) will be collected, or a session will be deducted from your block booking.
Please remember that block bookings are non-refundable.
